Keep in mind the time a download takes is not necessarily because of the site server. Not only are you going from your home to your ISP but from your ISP through several other points to reach that site. If any of these intermediary points are having problems, it will cause an increase in download times.


If something gets your goat, it just proves you have a goat to get.
