Ccleaner's registry cleaning feature?
http://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleaner/using-ccleaner/registry-cleaning

Make sure the game folder is deleted/uninstalled before running ccleaner.

If you have Windows Vista or 7 and haven't changed the default installation folder in the Big Fish client, check C:\Program Files (x86) for 64-bit Windows or C:\Program Files for 32-bit Windows.

Search for the game folder with Windows Explorer, not the Big Fish Client.
There are many many ways to open Windows Explorer, but one fast one is to hold down the Windows key on your keyboard and press the letter E.

Possibly in some subfolder of the AppData folder then
C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\
C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\
C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\LocalLow\

But really ccleaner should get rid of that as long as the main game folder is gone and you use the REGISTRY CLEANING part of ccleaner (don't use the default setting of ccleaner when you start it which only gets rid of temporary files and doesn't touch the registry).

Aha!! and Eureka!...Believe have found them.... is the first path of your last post.....C:\Users\ put in my user name \AppData\Roaming\

I see names of games or developers that I recognize...and yep--there's lots!

I do use cc cleaner and do the registry cleaner too. I have the free version. which seems to do ok...however, have got 3 old files of my Norton in the registry clean which it will not delet..know this is diff topic but would you know why(they're obsolete)...and wonder if is why those games/info not completly gone.....good grief wish i wasn't so dumb...but glad Boomers here!!

Big Fish probably deliberately makes it so the games don't delete saved profiles when uninstalled. They probably got complaints from people who uninstalled and reinstalled and found all their saves were gone.

Are you still using Norton?
Are these files in Norton's quarantine?
If they are, you'll have to delete them through Norton.

Or if there are actual Norton files in the registry which CCleaner won't remove, that's because you didn't use the Norton uninstaller from their website. It sometimes leaves traces of itself behind in the registry.

It's spring. My life is weeds.
