5 days ago I dumped most of the old mail, now when I click for mail, it comes up only the page of old mail. .Have gone around every thing else , but can not get to the mail page.

I did a 7 day return (cant remember name right now, stupid me) but it did not change anything. HELP HELP

I'd like to help, Granny, but don't enough about e-mail programs to offer any specific suggestions. Have you contacted your provider to see if they can help? And you don't say what program you use for e-mails.

What program or client are you using for email?

This will sound silly. but I can't remember it. It's the one with the big blue round E, and a yellow stripe.

I have learned that I am not crazy, Doctor says I am getting Alzheimers, Not too far yet. I have learned to put note's all over the house to keep up with everything.

I can still get out for shopping and to see folks.

If your using win.xp it should be outlook express.

It's been so many years since I used Outlook Express, I'm not sure how to navigate this old program. Is it possible you are in your Deleted Items folder? Look over on the left of the page... is there a list of folders there with "Inbox" being one of them?

Surprise !!! All of a sudden the page popped up with the mail from Boomers, and it's going just fine. Weird. Thanks you guys for your efforts.
