Hi there
Since installing Windows 11 whenever I start the pc a little window pops up saying something like "this utility is not supported". It doesn't say what it is, and all you can do is press ok.
I suspect its either part of the Gigabyte APP Center, a suite of utilities that run and enable me to interogate all sorts of internal things, or the Samsung Magician app that relates specifically to the SSD. Nothing I tend to use though in those places won't work.
Its easy enough to ignore, and hasn't caused me any apparent grief, but is there an easy way to work out to which utility it applies?

Can you check in your startup programs to see what might be there? You can access them in the Task Manager.

I am unable to find anything on that specific error message. Is that the exact wording? SInce you say, "Since installing..." I assume this is the upgrade on your old Windows 10 machine?

Did you check your startup programs? Also check what's running in the background in the Processes tab.

If you suspect it's the Samsung Magician, make sure you are running version 7.0.0. or 7.1.1. I'm reading about issues with the utility on both Windows 10 and Windows 11.
