Hi, all! I'm sort of going by the WT on Gamesolves (sorry!), and I've done everything I need to do but I can't get into the casino. According to that WT, the casino is in the restaurant (green bldg) across from the Night O'Granis. I'm supposed to show my Casino card to a guard at the door, but there's no guard, just a bartender. And I can't walk towards the back door. I see in other WTs I was supposed to do a bunch of other stuff (catacombs?) before I attempt the casino. Do I need to do all that/is the WT I'm following wrong? Or am I in the wrong restaurant??

Thanks!
Goopie

Hi Goopie,

There are 2 releases of the game. The original and the Director's cut. I don't know if the casino part is different in the 2 versions. Check the box and see what version you're playing. Then check if the wt you're following is Director's cut or not.

Hopefully, the Jack Orlando vets will add their input or we can call Mr. Bill if you need further help.

Hmmm....mine's Director's Cut. I wonder what WT I have. Oh no! Well, I'll just keep playing around until maybe someone can help me...

Thanks, MaG!

You're right again, MaG! What would I do without you? I'm thinking the WT I checked before was for the original JO, so I'm using the GB one. But now I've followed that to the letter thus far, get to the restaurant with the casino and yes, the guard is outside the door. I show him my chip, he lets me in....but no girl to talk to. Says she should be to the right. I can't go to the right! I just see some tables with folks playing - one woman at one table. I talk to her, but she gives me nothing. Suggestions?

Thanks again!
Goopie

I had a "problem" with this game too. Then, I chickened out and played the "easy" mode (cos I don't like dying) The W/T is for the "difficult" mode and some things don't apply. You need to give the girl at the Casino a $5 bill to get her to talk to you and you have to visit a few places before she appears if I recall. It is a good game, so hang in there.

Hi Goopie,

You have to keep interrupting the girl at the table until she sends the guard after you. She is playing a game with other players on the right and will eventually get upset with you.

Cheers,

Mr. Bill
