Wasn't sure where to put this, but wanted to warn others. Today, while I was on my computer's home page, I got a popup stating I had to sign up, etc. because my Microsoft program had been invaded. A voice even came on stating a number to call to "walk you through" this problem.

These sleazeballs are getting more and more bold.

Thanks.

It sounds like your web browser might be infected.
You shouldn't be getting popups like that.
You might want to do a MalwareBytes scan, or at least empty your browser cache.

I did a Malwares scan - no problems. Am using Firefox, not IE. Thanks for the input.

This is a common one and makes itself sound very serious. Even though Malwarebytes didn't find anything, that doesn't mean anything. Immediately clear your browser history in Firefox. Your browser is definitely infected.
