Shucks, I haven't played the game, so am not much help. I know if you've tried it all, you are at an impasse. Hopefully, there will be a saved game available.

Jumping for joy!!! I finally got it while watching the video and playing at the same time, 2 screens side by side. I hoped posting would help. Almost always after posting for help, I figure things out!! Thanks anyway Draclvr!
