Does anybody know how to get rid of this annoying popup? Had the free trial which expired; now keep getting popups which I cannot delete. Thanks for any help.

You can try just stopping it from running in the background. Bring up the Task Manager by pressing CTRL/ALT/DEL. In the Startup tab at the top, see if it's listed. If it is, mark it disabled.
Best thing would be to uninstall it completely though. What browser are you using?

So, did you try disabling it in the Task Manager?

Yes. For some reason it's not showing in Task Manager or Control Panel.

I didn't think it would as it is most likely an extension. So, now open up your Firefox and click on the hamburger menu (3 bars) on the upper right. Go down to Add ons and themes and click on it. Assuming it is listed, just disable it.

Dradvr: Thank you so much! It appears to have worked. My husband is having the same problem. He's not sure what browser he is using, but it's probably Yahoo or IE. Thanks again.

Yahoo is not a Browser and I certainly hope he isn't using IE! Yahoo is a search engine. And IE hasn't been supported for a very long time and is not safe - and I SURE hope he isn't still using Windows 7. Can you check on his computer?
