Pokey, I've played this game twice - once in scary mode and once in adventure mode. Which one are you playing in because it does make a difference in gameplay? This maze was tough both times! I have 4 bushels of sweet corn looking at me today! Hubby and I are heading out to shuck, blanch and then cut the kernels off the cob. We then freeze it in small bags for eating all winter. So, I won't be able to check back in here until later this afternoon. In the meantime, see if this walkthrough will help. There are lots of video walkthroughs too. Amnesia Rebirth Maze

Done! Grabbed a couple of cold frosty adult beverages and hit the pool! It was 101°F here today!
So, did the link I posted help, Pokey?

It's been awhile....
, taking the power cell and Amari, but instead of going into the side rooms to inject the red chemicals just go straight back to the entrance. The doors will automatically open for you, allowing you to go all the way back to the portal. Use the power cell you took on the portal and press the button. The portal will activate and a blinding light will erupt.
When you can see again you'll be in a dilapidated tunnel of sorts with Amari. Head forward toward the obviously damaged wall and interact with it to push the stones loose to see where you've ended up. Tasi and Amari are back in Paris. Getting this ending will award you the Provider Achievement/Trophy.
all you have to do is sneak around, take the Leyden Jars and head to the portal. Sneak and keep the baby quiet... There are 3 endings by the way

I remember making this mad dash many times with Amari too, Pokey. Can't add any more to what Winfrey is saying, so just keep at it!

I only need to get through the rock wall to finish the game. It is supposed to fall when I touch it, but it doesn't. I'll try the Steam community to see if there is any answer, but I doubt it. I started from an earlier save and also verified the files. Neither helped.
I can't believe what happened when I tried again from a previous save. I was told that I was safe when I got through the door and into the throne room. It did work that way the first time. This time I heard a thumping like someone was walking in heavy boots. I looked back at the door and it opened and the spirit entered, grabbed me and dragged me back to the baby's room. It happened a couple times. Then I hurried and ended up in the tunnel with the rock wall. Tried it again with no luck. So I decided to run at it and hit it with my hands. The first time a few rocks fell. The second time more fell and the third time the whole wall fell and I,was in Paris---game over. That should not have happened. I had more fun messing around with the strange game ending than if it had worked right the first time.

Well, that's kind of strange! I don't remember having to hit the wall several times! But it's been a long time since I played it. Maybe Winfrey will remember - she's played it more recently than me. Well-done on finishing it though! You can also play this game in an "adventure mode" where the monsters don't kill you. I've done both.
I really like Frictional games. If you haven't played Soma, I'd recommend that one too.

Yes, you push on the wall. I guess I should of said push instead of interact with it in my last post.

Winfrey is right. You have to use the forward key to knock the wall down. That is why running at it worked for me. When you just click on it, Tasi makes sounds like she is pushing, That is what threw me off. Thanks for the help.
I have played Soma and loved it. I remember running through a circular route of rooms and the hall to evade an attacker. Fun.

Have you played Amnesia: Dark Descent? Quite simply the scariest game I have ever played!

I also played Amnesia for Pigs and liked it enormously. Still liked Amnesia: Dark Descent the best.
