Hi

My wireless Dell keyboard is not working in the game. Works everywhere else but nothing in game. Wireless Dell mouse works just fine. Can't save, access Map...nothing through the keyboard. Any ideas? I have just started the game and tried to save just to find this issue. I have left same message on Steam's Hob's Barrow Discussion Board. There are 5 Keyboard Shortcuts one is suppose to be able to use

Not sure. I used the mouse throughout the entire game except for using the Esc key when I wanted to bring up the save/load/exit screen.

Hopefully you will get some advice from the developer on the Steam forum as I see he is responding to your post.

Yes, what I was going to suggest is contacting the developer since this is such a new game. You shouldn't have to "enable" the keyboard, wireless or not. I would wait to hear what he/she says.

As soon as I finished my post here the developer had already posted asking me for some info. Waiting on their next responce. Amazing!

I'll tell you what...as I had said the Developer had responded to my issue within minutes on the Discussion's Board. Now I don't know when they came up with a possible solution but when I got up this morning they had me try this and it worked:

1) Right click The Excavation of Hobs Barrow,
2) Properties
3) Betas
4) typing in that text input box "testformactest" WITHOUT QUOTES, hitting check code
5) Hitting the blue button that will appear (i believe it will write "Opt into mactest")
6) The game will begin downloading files and once that's done, you'll have the same but hopefully the issue will be resolved!

If you've already opted the game will update, and hopefully that will work, if it does, I'll push the change to the main branch!

AGS 3.6.0.35 is 1) currently in development, which means it's not stable, 2) this is wildly untested.

About 90 mb is what this update is.

That is such great news! I have played a few games where the developer fixed bugs immediately like this. Cloak and Dagger obviously cares!
