It is starting out cold this morning but it is supposed to hit mid 50's by this afternoon. That is not bad for us here in Ohio.

The weather is marvelous TaintedFury ... we hit 70 degrees the other day which is close to our normal November weather ... sure hope your weather has taken a turn for the better down in your region.

Good Morning everyone...it sure was quiet in the break room yesterday! I've already finishing up my first cup of coffee this morning. Woke up early couldn't sleep...thought I might find Hagatha up and about in the break room. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are on.

Hi Gerry! I'm sort of here. Just stopped in while I have a game on pause.

We're expecting a major storm today, and the snow just started, much to the chagrin of an outraged Dude.

It's a good morning to play games and drink coffee. Right now I'm drinking a particularly good blend from a little Vancouver roastery called Hugo's. I ordered it through Milano's website. It's truly yummy.

That does sound like a good morning to game and drink coffee. Is Dude upset because he can't go outside?

Sunny and warm here today before the temps drop by 30 - 40 degrees tomorrow.

As soon as I appear in the morning, Dude goes over to the balcony door so that I can unlock the cat flap and he can go out. This morning he went out, saw the snow, ducked his head (which is how he expresses displeasure) and came right back in again.

Willow used to go out in the snow to play, but she's gotten so lazy. The only time she shows any energy is when Dude gets her playing. He gallops past about two inches from her face, and he'll do that a few times until she gets up and starts chasing him.

Hagatha your cats remind me of my 2 old kitties that passed a few years ago...Sweet Potato and Stretch were their names. Sweet Potato was a tiny girl and Stretch was a large boy. But the little girl was in charged and she enjoyed letting him know that. She would glare at Stretch, drop her head like she was going to chase him, and send him running! It worked every time!

Thunderstorm this morning. This one is right on top of us and it's pouring rain, too; I'm glad I don't have to go anywhere. I woke up very early this morning, so I'm up and at it and having a very strong cup of coffee to kickstart my brain.

The 40° drop in temperature was a bit of a shock to the system! But it's sunny and the wind has finally died down. I thought my old farmhouse was going to blow off the hill last night!

Going to do a video chat with our German family at noon today. It's so nice to be able to keep up with them that way.

Cold, cloudy, and windy here with "feel like" temps in the teens.

Well, we got slammed with snow and then rain, and then freezing, and then more snow on top of the ice ....I'm glad I don't have to go our anywhere this week, even with the snow tires on my car.

Sounds pretty nasty, hagatha!

Yes. It's cold, too. I've had the fire on all day today, which is nice. Normally it's not cold enough for the fire to be on more than an hour or two, so it's a treat. Willow loves it.
