I'll check around, but I think it only has auto-save. It's been a long time since I played it too.

I found the manual for Dracula Resurrection here.

Under the Options Screen instructions it says this: To save the current game, click on one of the available locations. You can replace a saved game with a new one by clicking on the picture of the previous game. If you want to quit the screen without saving, click "Return."

I looked in my manual and it DOES save manually. What I saw was on a Steam forum and I didn't think that was correct.

The game manual just says click on one of the locations, but doesn't tell you how to get there. And I just can't remember for sure! Maybe the ESC key?

The ESC key brings up the menu in the Dracula 2 sequel, and I'm reasonably sure it works the same in the first one.
