I'm sure that's frustrating. But I also know the mail delivery people are very limited on what they can do. They used to be a little more free to deliver items outside their hours, but not any more. Our mailman said they really cracked down on it.

my food stamps are $107 something, and i can not buy freezer bags with them, but my check came today.
