some times i have to sign in to gameboomers know my password but it says wrong password and sometimes it say wrong users name then as temporaly password is sent to that works for awhile i really hate to keep on asking for a temporaly password. thanks Dianne

Not sure what to suggest other than what has already been mentioned in that thread. Maybe someone else will have some ideas for you.

After you receive the temporary password, are you going back in to create a new password of your own? I don't think you're supposed to keep using the temporary password. (Just wondering.)

I agree with oldbroad. Once you get a temporary password, go into your account settings and change it to something you can remember. And don't sign out... I never do.
