Dianne... just out of curiosity how did the game crash? Did it freeze up, did it take you back to the desktop, you are stuck in the pod....what exactly happened??
There have been a number of issues with Juleston according to the
Discussions. The
last patch released back in July. It might be that none of these patches have addressed your crash issue, one might have.

In most cases, ensuring:
- Your machine fits our minimum spec,
- If playing in VR, you are using an officially-supported headset in Firmament (see our store page description for headsets we support),
- Your graphics drivers are up to date, and
- Verifying game file integrity should fix the issue for most.
Further down it states updating the drivers has solved crashes along with other issues. If your drivers are up to date and you are running minimum or better specs then check file integrity. Get back into the game and hopefully you can continue on Dianne. If not contact support
