I've never seen it available for download anywhere, unfortunately.

The game used to be sold on Big Fish, but unfortunately the game was removed from their website years ago.

I have the CD version. I just installed it to see if it still works. It appears to be working properly on my Win 10 computer.

That's good to know, Uncle Reg! I also have the game on disc.

If anybody's looking to buy a CD, make sure that you get the paper sleeve that it came with, which has a serial number on it that is necessary to install the game. The serial number is NOT on the disc.
