Are you trying to download it from your Purchase History in the Game Manager or from the website/your Game Library? What, if any, error message are you getting? What happens exactly?
Thus far I only know of people who are successfully playing the game except for one player who gets a blank screen when she starts it up. I did read, though, that Big Fish is also doing some maintenance today and some things seem to be only working intermittently. So, maybe it would be worth it to also continue to try to download the game in the same manner that you already are, as well.
