Good Tuesday morning. Weather - same. At least it's not 7 degrees like Fogfighter!
Connie, I hope your visit brings some cheer to your friend and her rehab is going well.
I've been tackling closets and will continue on. Still dragging hoses too.

Good morning Boomers,
Looks as though the pond is repaired and ready to go again. I've been missing the sound of water.
Lex, my very best wishes to both of you. It's tough when you're both managing health problems at the same time.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Good Wednesday morning. Connie, I am so glad to hear your friend is doing so well already. Sounds like she won't be in the rehab facility long!
Mid 80's F for the rest of the week. Saturday there is a good chance for real rain. Unfortunately, there is also a chance for severe weather.
Heading in town to mail off a couple of boxes of hot sauce to the Colorado grands. Sending one directly to granddaughter at college in Fort Collins. Probably going to ferment at least one more batch... depends on how many ripe peppers there are out in the garden!

Good morning everyone.
Another beautiful clear, cold day ahead. I'd go out for a long drive but I'm waiting for a call from my doctor, as the latest blood pressure medication doesn't seem to be doing anything at all.
Happily, the new treatment I started last week for my shoulder does seem to be helping. I suspect that my previous physiotherapist was actually making things worse by using shockwave over my very prominent shoulder bones. The pain became almost unbearable. Now it's down to a dull ache.
Connie, I'm glad your friend is doing better.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Good afternoon everyone. Wonderful news that Lynda is doing better. Will keep Lynda, Lex and Linda in my thoughts for recovery and healing progress. That's awesome news Hagatha! We're enjoying mid 80s too Draclvr. Enjoy your lamb chops tonight OldBroad. Had a great walk this morning at 62 degrees. Time to enjoy a cup of WADDB and bagel before I get groceries for the evening meal. Have a wonderful day everyone

Oldbroad, I hear you. Apart from the fact that I have almost no food in the house anyway, my energy for cooking tonight was so little that I decided to have a frozen vegan lentil curry. For dessert I'll have a protein smoothie.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Good morning Fogfighter, Gerry, Hagatha, Draclvr, OldBroad and all who follow. The WADDB is wonderful Gerry and paired with a danish is the way to start my day. Hmmm, that grilled cheese tomato soup sounds awesome...going to look for it next visit to the store. I keep cans of Chef Boyardee Ravioli and Vienna Sausage in stock for those no cooking kind of days Hagatha. Have a great Hump Day everyone 🐫

Good Thursday morning. Weather? More of the same... still dragging hoses.
I keep packages of Ramen around for when I just can't bear the thought of cooking. I got some of the dehydrated Ramen toppings and with a few grates of Romano cheese and a smidgen of chili crisp, sometimes it's perfect. When I was living by myself after my second husband passed, supper was often popcorn or cold cereal! About once a month I would cook something for myself.
Night off from league bowling tonight.
