Good Sunday morning. Sunny - sorry Fogfighter! - but 6 degrees F this morning. Brrr... I had an entire horde of Northern Cardinals waiting for me to fill the bird feeder this morning! Snuggled in by my little heater with my WADDB!

Gerry, make sure the battery is charged on the leaf blower. All you do is press a button to turn it on or off! With light fluffy snow, it would be a great skill to learn! I use ours all the time in the summer.

Another very wet morning.

The Fraser Valley on the Mainland is heavily flooding, with all the highways into Vancouver closed. Evacuation orders are in place.

Sadly, we almost never get that nice, fluffy snow here. It's usually heavy and wet and freezes overnight. At least this year I'm prepared for it with a bag of salt.

Good morning everyone...mmm, WADDB and bagels were a must this morning as we started the day at 24 F and will climb to a high of 44. Typical winter temps expecially when you consider we'll see 70 degrees by the end of the week. I'll be off on errands later today for Max at the vet and other last minute taskings. I'll also finally get my outdoor Christmas items setup. Yes indeed Draclvr, the little ones are burning through the seed.

We're still under a heavy rainfall warning. One thing about this neighbourhood; because we're all on septic tanks, there are no storm drains in the streets and I have a HUGE puddle at the bottom of my sloped driveway. Good thing we're not expecting freezing temperatures.

It was bitter cold with wind chills yesterday, but I was able to walk with the sun creating warmth! I had sooo many layers on I waddled! I also cleared my driveway of snow in the afternoon...I was able to push it aside as it was light and fluffy...butwith 4 inches of snow and a long driveway it did take a while.

Good morning, Danish, Donuts and Bagels in the Break Room. Steph will be delivering our gifts for the Christmas families to the 2 Elementary schools today. The 2 schools provide the sex, age, and wish lists of the children for us. We provide all the wrapping supplies so the parents can wrap the gifts. The families do not know who provided the gifts, and we don't know who the families are. Enjoy the day and hug someone.
