Good Friday morning. Nice and sunny, but chilly again.

Yay! I made it through bowling last night! Yes, I had pain, but it was pain I can live with! I was so relieved because I was afraid my foot was going to blow up on me again. I am normally a pretty mediocre bowler, but I also got a 168 and a couple of 145's - not bad!

I'm reluctantly off to Pilates this morning, being sleepy and slow and wanting to crawl back to bed.

The farm market had a new treat to try yesterday; chocolate samosas. I wasn't sure about it but the sample was wickedly good, with chocolate mixed with cream cheese and deep-fried in a samosa shell and then served with raspberry sauce. It's a local company that makes fantastic curry sauces that you can buy frozen. They also have a food truck in the summer.

Good Saturday morning. Still not cold, but a dreary rainy day ahead. We really need the rain, so that's OK.

Since it's not cold, I think I'll do a meatloaf for supper on the pellet grill out in the garage. I don't know what it does, but that makes the best meatloaf!

It's an oddly sunny rainy day. I have nothing planned but a bit of cleanup, so it'll be a gaming day. I'm going to play something lazy and familiar; I've got a Morrowind game in progress from a while back and I might pick that up again for a while.

Good morning everyone. Enjoyed a great walk yesterday morning but not todaty as it's raining which is great as we can really use it. We continued playing Root RPG with son and his grandboys yesterday on Zoom--three generations conspiring in a woodland uprising. Glad you were able to bowl Draclvr. Figure skating has always been a favorite with us too Gerry. The chocolate samosas sound awesome Hagatha. Enjoying a cup of WADDB and listening to my whale music.

Mad it was awful what happened to Illia. I think he was just overwhelmed by being at the Olympics for the first time. Hard to believe he fell to 8th place. Today the women's figuring skating begins...I'm looking forward to watching and more coverage of the pairs skating too.

Weather temps will be in the 30s today with some sunshine...great for walking!

Still having laptop issues. There's something wrong with the battery. I've already sent the laptop back twice now in three weeks and the problem persists. Starting to have serious doubts about Dell's technical services. They used to be so good.

It's pouring rain and cold but my friend and I are still going out for our walk.

Good morning everyone. Hagatha, technology issues can be (are at times!) very buggy having run a technology division during my career...especially 'laptops' given their size and minaturization. We had a good soaking off and on yesterday which was wonderful. Will need to accomplish some chores today as tomorrow I have a medical proceedure to fix vascular plumbing. In the meantime I'm enjoying WADDB and bagels.
