SQF, I agree about Idris Elba. I've been a fan since Luther first came out.

Fogfighter, my favourite Star Trek is Deep Space Nine. Watched it a few times now. I liked Voyager, too.

I'm really going to miss A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. Who would of thought that Westeros would give us this amazing tale about friendship.

Just finished Under Salt Marsh and enjoyed it a lot. The Guest with Eve Myles is another bit of Welsh fun.
Not sure how available it is but I recently finished a two series drama called The Gone which is set in New Zealand and features an Irish link (an Irish detective teams up with a local Kiwi as a result of a young Irish couple going missing - why that comes about is plausibly explained). Beautifully shot, and Maori language and culture feature prominently. Its well worth a watch if it is available in your part of the world.
