Good morning everyone. That dance class sounds awesome Hagatha...that would be fun exercise. I used Thunderbird back in the day before outlook finally caught up in capabilities...and was able to purchase it through my job...TB is a good, open-source, customizable desktop email client. Thanks for the Spring-Ahead reminder Gerry...have a safe walk-about. I'm off for gaming accessories, groceries and other odd and ends Have a wonderful TGIF day everyone

Okay, Thunderbird. I'll have a look.
I do need to think about changing from my provider as I dropped my beautiful phone onto a tile floor last week and the plastic back is cracked so I have to get a new one fairly soon.
We're back into rain, rain, rain. I have nothing to do and nowhere to go so today will hopefully be a day of playing Morrowind on my sort-of-working laptop.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Good Saturday morning. Another thunderstorm last night with lots of rain. That will help my asparagus to pop up in a few weeks!
Got a call from the friend who I set up a new Windows 11 computer for. She's having problems with her printer, so I will drive over there and hopefully resolve it for her. Then I need to do some grocery shopping.

Good morning everyone.
Looks like more rain today.
Apparently our upcoming time change will be our last. We've heard this before, but I think this time the Province will actually go through with it. I absolutely hate the time changes, They disrupt my sleep for at least a week.
Speaking of printers, I actually managed to get my printer working yesterday. I cannot for the life of me find the little program I was using before, but I found another Canon app that actually connected surprisingly easily and without too much swearing.
Not much on the agenda today. I've run out of food, so a trip to the store is in order.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Good afternoon everyone; well it's 50 F here today. My husband took a bad fall yesterday morning, I had to go out to get a couple of xrays & hubby went to bring the car around to our front door, he stepped on the sidewalk & hit black ice & went down hitting the back of his head & tailbone, a car was going by & stopped to help him back into the house, he's a little sore today but it could have been a lot worse, boy I'll be glad when this winter is over with all the freezing & thawing.
Stay safe out there everyone & have a great day.

Good Sunday morning. Sunny and cold this morning, but will be warming up later.
Judith, how is your husband doing? That sure sounded like a nasty fall.
Some laundry and maybe a grocery store run today.
Happy birthday, Connie!

Good morning everyone.
Judith, I hope your husband is okay.
Nothing much on the agenda today. I might make a trip to the farm market to see what they've got in this week. Otherwise it'll be a bit of cleaning and laundry.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Hi everyone; Hubby is fine but sore. I did get my xrays done & waiting for the results. We are under an extreme wind warning today so we are staying inside, like the old saying, "nobody moves, nobody gets hurt" LOL.
I sure hope you get that laptop finally fixed hagatha. Stay safe out there everyone & have a great day.

Good Morning everyone! Wide Awake Double Dark Brew is ready! Feeling tired this morning...I don't adjust well to moving the clocks ahead! Judith hope your hubby is still feeling okay and you get the results soon from the xrays. Enjoy your Monday! Gerry

Good morning everyone!
No moronic time change in Europe this weekend. That lunacy will occur last Sunday of March. The Eu decided several years ago to get rid of it but apparently they can't agree on how to do it so we're stuck with the madness for now. Did I say that I really think the time change is a horrible idea?
Anyway. WADDB mitigates the pain.
Happy Monday GameBoomers!

Good morning everyone.
I'm a bit out of it this morning because of the time change. Obviously the cats are affected, too, since feeding times are an hour off schedule.
I truly hope this is the last time change. Apparently every province and state is just waiting for someone else to start the ball rolling. BC announced years ago that time changes would stop but it never happened. Maybe this will be it.
Going for a walk this morning and then I have to practice my dance steps.
Judith, I have yet another call set up with Dell for Wednesday. The laptop is working okay but every now and then it starts going into an error message loop. I do need this computer to last another year or so.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Good morning everyone. Quick run to the post office this morning to get packages mailed and then some MTG with wife before we head out this afternoon for an appointment. We don't care for the time change either but live with it as the folks who can stop the changing of the clocks can't agree on anything. Oh my goodness Hagatha...it will be quite the year with your laptop. Wishing you all a great day.

Good Monday afternoon. Had to grab a to-go cup of WADDB on my way out this morning. Had to go work on my friend's printer. I was about to start tearing out my hair! I pulled every trick in the book and it printed one page and quit. So I kept poking and uninstalling and reinstalling and trying this and that and the last try, it connected. I told her to make a burnt offering to the printer gods and it worked!
It was so hot in her house - temps are 82 degrees F today.
Originally, the time change was supposed to add an hour of light earlier in the morning to get kids off to school during the school year. Then it would go to daylight savings time to add an extra hour of light at the end of the day during the summer. Time must just laugh at us - it's just us and our need to work with clocks in the rest of the world. I'm lucky that I never even notice the clock change at all. But it is odd to have more light at the end of the day again!

Good Morning everyone! Wide Awake Double Dark Brew is ready. I'm still tired because of the time change. I wish they would just stop doing it! The snow is melting faster now...I can see little pockets of grass and the stonewalls around the property are finally visible! Hope you all have a great day! Gerry

Good morning everyone ... Tootin Toosday to you all! Perfect timing for wide awake double dark brew and bagels as I'm dog sitting today for grandson. We believe she is a sweet little Staffordshire Bull Terrier (mix). When Diana and our Max are out back they conduct a steeplechase sprint around the backyard for 20 minutes and then wrestle for 5 minutes and then it's back to the steeplechase. We stop them after an hour of exercise to let them rest. They get a great workout...she really needs it and it's great for our Max! OldBroad, MTG is "Magic: The Gathering," a really fun trading card game that we play with our son and then occasionally with our grandson who usually beats the pants off of all of us! Yeppers, that's the nice thing about the newer "smart clocks" as they know when to change and do it themselve. But we still wish the DC bunch would get their "collective" act together and officially drop the time change construct...it's no longer needed in my humble opinion...I'm thinking the farmers could car less and I don't think it really saves energy... Yes, Draclvr, burnt offerings for technology issues usually does fix those problems More daylight at the end of the day is "really" present the further up North you are...I remember those bright evenings when I lived in Montana. I'll be working yard spring yard clean-up too Connie ... but that's a task for another day. I plan on enjoying WADDB and bagels this morning. Have a wonderful day everyone
