hagatha, calcium supplements are no longer recommended. They took me off them at least 15 years ago. But you are doing the things that will keep osteoporosis at bay - staying active and walking! After age 65, a bone density scan is definitely recommended.
When life gives you tomatoes, make Bloody Marys.

I'll ask my doctor about the calcium. I take a liquid supplement, but mostly I eat tons of dairy since Greek yogurt and cottage cheese don't require cooking.
The dancing is the best cardio exercise I've had in years. It's literally an hour and a half of fast footwork and having to keep your brain working at the same time to remember all the steps. We get a five-minute water break, and that's it.

I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

I don't like yogurt, but I think it's the texture more than anything. Probably the same reason I don't like pudding! But I did find a yogurt that has 20 G of protein - which I know I don't get enough of - and the texture is more like a soft serve ice cream. The flavors are really good too. Cottage cheese is a favorite too - especially with blueberries added!

Good Morning everyone! Wide Awake Double Dark Brew is ready. Starting to see buds on the trees and my forsythias are starting to add a beautiful shade of yellow to my yard! Spring has finally sprung! Enjoy your Friday! Gerry

Good morning everyone.
Just got up to my usual cappuccino and it's a sunny, if cold, morning.
It's time to take the cats in for their annual checkup and shots. Dude goes today, and just in time, since he caught some kind of small rat the other night and it's the start of flea season.
My Star Magnolia has been in bloom this past week and is now shedding petals, but everything else is about to burst into leaf.

TGIG good morning everyone. Another cool morning here but very enjoyable compared to the temps headed our way this summer. Enjoying WADDB and bagels until I get the energy for chores and projects. Have a great Friday everyone.
