I'm about due for a purge of old clothing too. I tend to wear things until they wear out, so a lot of it just gets pitched in the trash.

Draclvr old clothes tend to last a long time because the quality was ever so much better so clothes lasted so much longer. In todays' world most people live in jeans and comfortable clothes...nothing fancy just practical. Few dress up for work like we had too and then there are all those that work from home and have no need for a "work wardrobe".

Monday Monday good morning everyone. I may attempt to revive my lawn mover as spring has sprung and summer is just around the corner. The mower quit working last summer and I just switched to my trusty push mower. Loving the WADDB and bagels.

Good Monday morning. It was so windy yesterday I had to abandon my yardwork and here we go again today! At least it's warmish.

Gerry, my career was as a field inspector with our State Department of Natural Resources. My division was responsible for enforcing the Clean Water and Clean Air State Regulations. I mostly inspected sewage treatment plants for compliance, so my work wardrobe was jeans and steel-toed boots! We also worked a lot of water pollution complaints. One day it was about 94 degrees and there I was sitting cross-legged at the edge of a small creek collecting samples and doing my reagents. I looked up and there was a steady trickle of pure hog manure trickling into the creek about 10' away and to my left, someone had dumped a dead hog about 20' up the creek and it was ummm... RIPE! I just laughed at myself and my glamorous job! Needless to say, the guy got a Notice of Violation and I referred him to our Attorney General's Office for enforcement.

At least you worked in and with the $h!^, not for it!

Good day everyone; It was a baking morning for me today, made two cinnamon loaves. It's 54F today but on Wednesday it's supposed to be 32F & snow. go figure, the weather is crazy this year. Have a good day everyone & stay safe out there.
