Good morning everyone.

I'm off to Pilates this morning, but I'm starting to think that it's not all that good for me as my aches and pains seem to be worse when i go regularly. Some of the exercises hurt my lower back and I've stopped doing them, and it's getting to the point where I skip about 1/3 of the class. The biggest fitness boost I've seen lately is from the dancing.

Good Wednesday morning. Got even MORE rain last night... everything is a swamp! A dreary day ahead, but hoping for sunshine to start drying everything out tomorrow.

It's a lovely day. I'm off to yoga and then I'd better mow the lawn. We did get some rain last night but again, not enough to make a difference. Campbell River seems to always get the same weather as Vancouver. Here, I think we're in a rain shadow. It's very dry.

Draclvr; you really need some hot dry weather so you can do your planting, must be depressing looking at all that mud & you can't do anything about it.
