I'm excited! I am beyond ready for more Witcher. Thanks, Trail!

One of my favourite games of all time. I've been hearing about this expansion for a couple of days. Wonderful news! I'm always up for another game of Witcher 3.

The new expansion will most likely be a lead-in to Witcher 4, which we know will be about Ciri.

It might be time to fire up another game of Witcher 3.

I'm thinking the same thing, hagatha!

I'm still playing No Man's Sky but it's time to wrap up the game.

EDIT: Sadly, although the tutorial part of the game ran very well, when the actual game started it was far too laggy to play.

I'll have to get that laptop to the repair shop. Failing that, can a new desktop be in my immediate future?

So, Witcher 3 does run well on the Steam Deck. The opening sequence was out of sync but after that everything works just fine. I'm almost finished with Avowed and then it ill be time to whistle for Roach and start the adventure.

I started a new game too. MAN, it's frustrating to be a low level Witcher! I can't even kill a pack of wolves without dying! I'm finally at a level 7, but it's still a slog! Keira Metz and I are in the deep caves following Ciri right now.

It's even worse to be level 1 and trying to make out the tiny controls on the Steam Deck. I'm headed off to see if I can loot that first field of bodies without getting killed. But first I have to finish the final part of Avowed.

LOL! I can't imagine doing Witcher 3 with a Steam Deck! Yeah, 3 lousy ghouls and I got killed several times!

When I got new glasses a couple of months ago the suggestion was that I get a pair of dedicated reading/computer glasses as well as my progressive lenses. What a huge difference! I no longer get eye strain from reading and I can see most of the controls on the Deck. They're good up to three feet.
