Has BF increased their prices? When I try to order, games they were $14 are now $20?!

Hi, Laurette!

Are you signed in because I see the Member price of $13.99?

i thought I was signed in! Guess I'll check! Thanks.

I WAS signed in. Don't know what's going on. Has this happened to anyone else?

I am not a member so I don't know how it works but is it possible that your membership didn't renew somehow? Like maybe your credit card needed updating or something?

I have seen price discrepancies for a few minutes or so before they finished whatever they were doing: a special offer, a flash sale, etc. I would wait a bit and see if prices return to what is normal for you. I am a Club member and the prices all show fine for me.

Also, if you are a Club member, sometimes prices do not appear as they should until the membership renewal has gone through - this on the actual day of the membership renewal. This has happened to me a couple of times in the past, but this month's renewal went through without any incorrect numbers on the website.

Thank you. Marian. This has never happened to me before. They keep showing the non-member price, and I am signed in!

Hi, Laurette!

Does the price of "The Catch" show as $0.00 because I just picked it up and it was free? I'm glad Marian let us know about the membership renewal. Now I won't be buying any games on the 11th of the month lol.

Just check prices carefully - that's all I am saying. It helps keep us sharp. laugh

Do keep us posted, Laurette. This may be a silly suggestion, but have you tried using a different web browser to see if it shows you the same thing? I have seen some really odd problems in the past clear up after having tried this.

Hi, Marian!

Maybe Big Fish is using an antiquated billing system. If they charge the credit card they have on file for our membership, the transaction would automatically be approved or declined and there should be no lag time. Just to be on the safe side, though I will be checking the prices before I buy any future games.
