Good Wednesday morning. Another beautiful warm day here. I'm going to be so sad to say goodby to summer. I love fall weather, but warm sunny days are my favorite.
I believe a big batch of salsa is on the agenda today. I'd like to get about 15 pints put up. A friend says they are like little jars of sunshine in the winter!

Good morning.
Not much on the agenda today -- a trip to the dentist and then perhaps a walk. We're having much cooler weather lately, even expecting rain tomorrow.
The computer is now on a FedEx truck headed my way. I'll get my office sorted out out and the desk tidied in preparation.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Good Thursday morning. More of the same weather. One thing all this sunny dry weather does is show me how filthy my windows are. I haven't washed windows in well over 10 years. But this two story old farmhouse is out of my league any more. Think I'll start looking for someone to come in and do it for me.
Heating up the salsa I made yesterday to go into the pressure cooker to preserve it. Tried it last night and it sure is good. Hope to get at least 15 pints.
