You got the saved game clovercat? I swear it was kicked back to me.

I got through the ball puzzle. Now I'm having trouble moving Ariane onto the sub so she can go to the Giants. I can get her to the door but she won't enter.

This part may just be positional Maxcat. Move her around in the area and see if you can't get her through the door. Some places in the game the foot cursor seemed less than willing to be used. I think I'd end up moving her something like a step at a time until she'd finally get in the correct spot.

maxcat, if you're done with everything at the mines and you're wanting to go back to the giants village it's not actually as easy as just stepping onto the sub. (It sounds like this is the point you're at, but maybe you're not that far.) Don't know how much info you want, don't want to spoil you, but there's something you need to do to get the sub captain to take you back.

Once you do that, if I'm remembering correctly, you'll go back to the giants village.

Another problem...I'm in Peter's prison and have gone into his lab and picked up the fuse and the periscope map.I came back into the other room and combined the dynamite with the fuse to put in the hanging basket. But when I combine the two, it doesn't say combined,it says dynamite even though you can see the fuse hanging from it. I can't put it in the basket...I get no hand to tell me to do that. I went back to a saved game and tried again and it did the same thing. What's wrong here?

The only thing I can think of Max is trying a different position for her to stand in. I don't remember having a problem with the explosives.

I forgot to talk to Peter and that solved things. So I'm out of prison back in the old mine and the walkthrough says to find Jahine and tell her about the virus. I didn't follow with that as I talked to Adam first and got his provisions and then went to find Gustav to fly Ariane to the giants. I talked to Taal Nadi and then did the crawfish trap puzzle and then Ariane went to see Jahine and told her about the virus. Ariane has to pick some berries as she has the coconut and the mammoth poo. So she picks the berries which are yellow and blue and goes back to Jahine and can't put the poo on the ground by the healer's feet. What do I do now? I've already tried a saved game and got the same result.

Maxcat, Marita says in her WT to place the dung on the rock close to the healer's leg. Maybe if you are trying to put it on the 'ground' that may be why it is not working.

Hi wingnutz69 and welcome to Gameboomers. welcome

There isn't a way around fixing the horn to my knowledge. What part of this are you having difficulty with?
I honestly don't know how much more you will need the machete type knife. However you may be able to find out by checking out the walkthrough here at GB for this game.

Hi

It's the big fish ver. of the game with missing parts. the guy at the post doesn't ask me to fix the horn and I can't give him the asprin and I can't get the machete off the table. I wrote big fish but they have not responded yet 2 days ago.

welcome wingnut,

Do this sequence and see if you can move forward in the game.
Go back to a saved game before talking to the Lieutenant.
Talk to the Lieutenant and learn that his friend has a broken leg. So you need to fix the broken leg first.
Get the little mushrooms and the flat mushrooms.
Talk to the Lieutenant again about splints.
He now need to call the pterodactyl.
Look around the station now and see the broken horn. Click on it.
Now you need to fix the horn.
Pick up all the necessary materials: hard cranium to make prepared shell and bellows.
Now that you have the materials, fix the horn.

He will now leave and you can take all the things you need from the table. luck

Please help! I'm following the GB walkthrough and I'm stuck in the floating garden. Everytime I enter the first sequence of posts, and click on the tongue, I keep getting projected to the floating garden to talk to Adam. I have tried different variations (clicking on tongue before I click on the posts, etc) and revert back to saved game each time to try it again, but it doesn't make a difference. I'm getting really bored running round and round the garden!!

I'd appreciate any help.

Thanks

welcome mmd,

If you downloaded the game, I think the posts puzzle has been skipped.
The end of the puzzle is for you to be at the floating garden.
So continue on and enjoy the game.

How do I get to the submarine though? I've already tried putting the lens in the ground in the floating garden but nothing happened.

You look for a broken lens.
Replace that dirty lens with the clean lens. You don't place the lens on the ground.
Talk to Adam and the garden will automatically go down.
Then you can walk the village and get out of there. luck
