Hey, did anyone else notice the similarity between the begining (I didn't get far yet ) of Culpa Innata and the begining of The Longest Journey? (Minus the dream part). 1) Both characters have the same dressing style, and short hair. 2) in both games you find yourself in a metro station and you need to buy a card to pass. 3) Both character are living in a world that isn't what they think it is. (I've read the game summery so I know ). What do you think?

Having played both games, I never once thought of Culpa being a ripoff of TLJ. Perhaps as you get further into the game you'll feel more confident that the game is unique. Happy gaming! Ana

What do you think? Actually both games are ripoffs of me. 1. I've dressed like that and have had short hair 2. I've bought a pass card in a metro station 3. I'm living in a world that is often different than I think. I even sleep in my underwear. Yup. Both these games are definitely ripoffs of me.

Lol, you can't compare your real life to a game. Unlike real life there is only 1 concept for a game, and that concept that was used on TLJ was also used on Culpa (At least thats my first impression. I may be wrong).
I understand what you're trying to say, but I still think that it has some weird similarity between both games.

Sinotek: Having finished Culpa it's really bold statement. Could you Scientifically prove that the game is a rip off and provide necessary evidence?
Jenny100: I am sorry to inform you that you could easily be the rip off of any shakespearean book of your preference. You're female, and there are also females in those books.

BTW: 1. I've dressed like that and have had short hair
I'm gonna need some proofs!! metamorphium - Not really, no. It's just an opinion of mine, rather then a statement. I might end up retreating from that opinion after I'll advance in the game.

Sinotek, it has a great story, it has plenty of dialogue, it is a long game (well worth the money spent), in that aspect it matches TLJ. But the stories would be a stretch to try and compare and I think you'll be changing your opinion as you get further along. Ana

All this discussion made me wanna keep playing Culpa. Too bad I won't be able to until tomorrow. I really miss story lines like TLJ. So far, I only found 1 game that had an awesome story line (close to TLJ). It was Indigo Prophecy. Man that was a great game... P.S: I just found a review for Culpa, but I don't know if it's allowed to show the link for it here, so I won't. But in this review they talk about TLJ as well. Check it out: Now, you may have wondered while reading the first paragraph of this review why I mentioned The Longest Journey. That is because I was among the people expecting a wonderful adventure game saga but sadly saw it deteriorate to a casual console-oriented hybrid. Culpa Innata rekindled this expectation, and with the ending of the game leaving questions unanswered in an X-Files kinda way and doors open to sequel(s), I am dreaming of more and can barely hold myself from p**ing in my pants with anticipation. This is the saga we’ve been waiting for. Thank you Momentum. The game got +A from them. Pretty impressive. Now I really want to finish it!

Sinotek, I just read the whole review. They were not comparing stories they were simply talking about the reviewer thinking that TLJ was the best adventure ever and he was saying that this left him with the same feeling. He was in no way comparing the two and saying that Culpa ripped off any content from TLJ. Ana

Too funny Jenny100. Think you can get some royalties from them copping your life and making a game of it? Linda
So many games, so little time.

Most games have some thing that you can compare to another game .Hope you know what I mean .Its the same as films .We do tend to go for the same .With me detectives fantasy .Some sci fi .If you see a game with some thing in that you can compare to your self .It seems to attract us .Ho I do that or ive done that or would like to do that .Your there you live it as you play it .Thats the the whole idea you are there and as there is so many games now .We are going to get some repeats .

But why in the world do I want to play a game about Jenny in her underwear? Thanks for the great laugh, Jenny100!
