Has anybody got a saved game for when she goes into Jean Aimes room using the copy key? I opened the door and got the note out of the green book, but no matter what I do I cannot open the desk drawer. There is no active icon on the drawer and neither is there one in the right front corner, although it shows the icon for using the tools.I have redone this 3 times and I just get the same outcome. Help please Gwenda

Gwenda,

Check here. It might clarify things.

I had the download game and couldn't get it to run when I moved the game to external drive.
Am waiting for the boxed game to replay and keep more saves.
I only have very few ones saved at that time.

MaG, I have the boxed game and this isn't the only thing that has been wrong. There is no faulty part of the bread machine. I just carried on and made the new part and it worked. I have gone through the walkthough and I have followed it the last time word for word but it still turned out the same. Gwenda

I think there's one member that moved on after he worked on the note AMP and added the 4. Did you do that?

Gwenda,

Do you want me to send you several saves and you can check if they work for you?

Be sure to renumber them to be consecutive in your Nostradamus\Users\Profile1 folder.
Then check the dates when you load.
If you need the next batch holler.

Thanks a lot MaG, but the problem was mine. I hadn't put the magnifying glass on the drawer to get a close up. Thanks for putting up with my stupidity. Gwenda

Nope - we all do those missing actions and get held up.
I spent 3 hours on a puzzle because I didn't know my right from my left. lol
