I have collected all the chemicals and symbolic objects but when I enter the living room nothing happens. I have gone back and rechecked to make sure I have collected everything. Have gone out to the hall and back in again, but nothing. Help.

Go back to the Boswell office. Some active spot there - possibly look close at safe - might not have been done. Also check the nameplates of the portraits.

MaG - you were right again...went back to safe and fiddled with it - then went back to living room and everything happened there... my heartfelt thanks! Jane

Am so stuck. I can't figure out how to use the Ogam Translator Program. I'm using the wt and did everything it said to do but can't figure it out. Could I please have a save after that part? I would really appreciate it as I have been hours trying to figure it out.

C65,

Download the save to your desktop. Locate the save folder, rename the save I sent, so it will be the last save in the folder. Move the renamed save to the saves folder, then load the game as usual. wave

Rhiannon,
I'm in Malcolm's workshop but I can't pick up the oil flask.
It won't go in my inventory.
What is wrong?

Hi moi,

The game doesn't allow collection of items that you have no current use for. When you have a need for the oil flask, you'll be able to pick it up. smile

I think that I need the oil measure flask to get oil for the grass trimmer. It is on the shelf next to the oil can.
What do I wrong?
Greetings from Holland

There are 2 sources of oil in the workshop.
One is that one on the shelf - that's too easy so you can't take it. laugh
The other one is to use the oil measuring flask beside it and use it on the oil barrel beside the trimmer. You have to measure anyways - so that is the best way.

I couldn't get the oil measure at first but then I went to the garage and looked at the bushes and returned to the workshop I could pick up the measure oil beaker.
Thanks

Great! As Rushes mentioned - you can not get items unless you need it.

Hello everyone,

Trying to locate the Chapel-Cemetery to get the wand.

I have all items for Branch IV and used the MP3 Player on 4 items.

I should now see the stepping stones to the other side of the riverin Area 2 which leads to the Chapel-Cemetery.

However, the stepping stones do not seem to be there.

Help,

Corny

Have you listened to the message on the phone from the pastor about finding the keys that Jen asked for?
The stepping stones are a bit to the right of the screen on the water - you might also have missed it.

Corny, did you check the latest message on the phone in the living room? It is the minister stating that he found the key and unlocked the cemetery.

Maybe this is what is holding you to move on.

Good luck. luck

Hello people smile I am trying to make a bonfire of symbolic objects. Have everything except two - Blue fountain from pantry as well as the yellow bowl (thought I had them from earlier in the game, but they are not in inventory or the pantry now). What do I need to do here? Do I have to go back to an earlier save and get these items? or can someone send me a save for just before I make the bonfire? Thanks in advance for any help smile Cheers wave

Hi GeeGee,

If you think you might have already picked up the items, try scrolling to both far left and right sides of your inventory to double check. With scrolling inventories it's easy to miss items.

If they're not there, check the pantry again. From the pantry entrance, click to look left: the fountain should be sitting on the windowsill (not the windowsill with the caviar at the back of the pantry). Turn back to your right, then click right again: the yellow bowl should be sitting on a shelf between the two bottles.

Hope that unsticks you, let us know if you still have problems. luck
