It's a hidden objects and hidden clues game. You must solve the mystery and at the end of each part you solve a puzzle. I've been playing it and solved the crime once and am playing it again.

i have not played this HOG, BUT i did play another Agatha Christie HOG called Peril at End House. Gosh was it good! AND the artwork was outstanding!! Some of the objects were a bit hard to find because sometimes they made them small BUT the clarity overall was the best i have seen. (the times i had to hunt for the smaller object i took the Screen Shot and found it that way and then re-opened the game and found it...so very helpful you 'boomers...thanks for that info!!). I was really quite impressed with the artwork. So impressed i am going to go ahead and get the other one that you mentioned...Death on the Nile. I also noticed in the credits the name Jane Jensen...didn't she do some good regular adventure games???

Gamenut, she has been involved in many games including the Gabriel Knight series.

It's my personal opinion that Jane Jensen does for casual games what John Grisham does for the legal novel - knocks 'em out of the ballpark!

If you liked Peril at End House, gamenut, I'm sure you're going to love Death on the Nile!

You can also see her fine hand at work in non-Agatha Christie HOGs like Dr. Lynch: Grave Secrets and Women's Murder Club: Death in Scarlet.

Oh Boy....i sure enjoyed Dr. Lynch (hope there are more of him !), and i have also gotten the Death on the Nile(not played it yet).. I will check out Women's Murder Club:Death in Scarlet too. My fave of the Gabriel Knight series was The Beast Within...so nice and creepy! and FMV !! miss that in games now. tsk, tsk.
