@ Chief,

You mean with the strange device? That was a nasty one - I thought I the diagram on one of the walls there was the big hint and made all kind of calculations, but it turned out you just need to expand (is that the English word for 'making longer'?) ALL the 9 spikes on the ball
BTW better save before you start tinkering

Off to bed for now, I'll leave Ziggurat for tomorrow - good night all!

Click to reveal..
Combine both crystals with the controller in inventory and put it on the device
Number the knobs from L to R 1 to 10
Click 2-5-1-3-6-7-9

OMG. thank you chief! I walked past that 32 times! I have to take a break. I've been playing for 6 hours and jotting down a walkthrough for my friend. Missing easy stuff and I can't even read the forum correctly. I just gave springchicken some weird advice, LOL. thanks again!

Thanks nanette. Where is the third plant? I have the one from the crossroad, the second from the log, can't find the third one. Looked everywhere in the magic forest, but didn't go outside it. Thanks.

Go to the right path from the witch and to the crypt. Find a way to pass the bushes and the plant will be near the door.

I hate to say I am stuck. I'd rather blame it on the fact I've been playing for 6 hours without food and water. I am at the Count's castle. Got spell, lowered elevator, exhausted conversation with the dragon, shrunk and took the egg. For the life of me I have no idea what to do next! Any suggestions, other than a nap?

lily, go to elevator #2 and use one of the spell on Unit 42 to be able to go through the door.

Good luck and good night.

Proper: an empty cup can be filled....

Click to reveal..
Go back to where you just left the cave and use cap on big mushroom
Combine branch with cap in inventory and use it on the boat

Ah, I am finally stuck! I see some of you have gotten farther, so perhaps you can help me? smile

I am at the point where I am trying to get the egg. Eve refuses to pick it up, I can't use the telekinesis spell on it, and I can't find Vatram. Am I missing a hotspot somewhere?

Ah, thanks, Chief! I thought I had already tried that for sure! Just goes to show I wasn't paying as much attention as I thought I was. grin

Thanks, again. wave

Sokra, you do not need to open the second door.

Use the shrinking spell from the witch if you have it to pass under the door.

Good luck.

Sokra, talk to her again and maybe on subjects you already talked about. And do not forget to look in the pot for a pattern you will need for a puzzle.

There is a Dutch walkthrough with screenshots available; if you use Google Translate it can help point you in the right direction

I guess Chief will be adding a much nicer English WT soon, but in the meantime you can give it a try if you're stuck

It still in the making and atm it stops at where you enter the mayor's mansion

Get it here English Google translation of Dutch WT

Nanette, thanks for the link.

Yep, a WT is in the making and should be posted sometime on Monday if all goes well.
