"Drawn: the Painted Tower" is a point and click casual adventure
game.

A young girl named Iris, a future queen, is hidden away
by her parents.
Her mother Kathrine, care taker Franklin, and Iris,
share with us, her story through letters found throughout the tower.
Iris also has a talent, that becomes part of our travels to find her.
She has an ability to draw pictures that come to life.
There are other characters to meet along the way,
a scarecrow,a witch doctor and clock builder to name a few.

I found the story in this game, to be so amazingly creative
with beautifully drawn artwork. The graphics and art, were spooky,
and intriguing.
You interact with the pictures and the puzzles to be solved, that bring to life
mini animation scenes. I really enjoyed these scenes.
The Plus for me in this game is the Story, Artwork, and the Puzzles.

The puzzles were very easy to medium.

There were many hidden objects inventory items to find,
most played a part in the whole of the story, in both the
pictures and parts to other puzzles.
Puzzle types included, Sliders, Rotating wheel combinations, Riddles,
Mathematical, Color(there were at least 4 of these that I remember) Jigsaws,
and Choosing the right items from groups to fulfill the story animations.

The con for me, was the ease of the puzzles,
I would of liked the puzzles to be harder, but...
I still enjoyed many of them, I felt Iris brought me into
her world, I colored, and drew pictures again as a six year old
and enjoyed it. (this would be a great game to play with a younger
family member)

"Drawn: The Painted Tower", is a Game at the top of its genre.
Its a casual game, that I believe many Adventure gamers would enjoy,
even if this is not the type of game they usually play.
I hope this game wins an award for the artwork
and unique story, I believe it deserves it.

I look forward to the sequel.

Thank you for the review.
I still haven't finished it, but have progressed much, and I totally agree.

I STROGLY RECOMMEND THE GAME!!!
First of all, the review sums it up - it's a very beautiful and creative game, that really draws you in. Second of all, it's really cheap. The download costs only 7$, which is like a lunch :-) Skip one lunch and buy it, it's worth it!

It's funny, so many big games dissapointed me lately (I really hope Gray Matter won't do the same...!), and of course this game isn't the same experience as a big, serious game, but somehow I enjoy it more than I did many games I have played lately...

There's definitely definitely definitely no logic to human behaviour.
