I have bought this game from Play.com for Euro 13.49. I have instaled and played, I have arrive in Budapest but surprise today that I wanted to continue with game, I had to started over. It does not recognise my name and just starts from the beginning asking me for a new name.

I have unistalled and reinstalled, played, and quiting, just does not recognise anythibg. The inventory has the items I found but the game just starts from the beggining and just asks me to find these from the start.

I'm confused, frustrated and mad,

Anny suggestions? redface

There have been a couple of HOG's where I had to locate the game exe, right-click, and Run as Administrator to play the game in order to get it to save my progress.

I have tried and tried with no success to find the exe. in order to run it, so I have unistalled because the game keeps starting me from the beginning although I have arrived in Budapest

I find some Big Fish games in C:\Program Files in a folder named after the name of the game or the name of the company that developed the game.

I can't tell you where it would be in Vista because I have the Mac version of the game. If it's not under "S for Serpent" or "T for The" I'm not sure where it would be.

It's possible that someone in the ***Casual games forum*** would be able to find out where their game is installed.
