I have installed the game but when I'm trying to run it, what I got:

rhc caused an Illegal Instruction in module rhc.exe at 001b:0042965c.

And the game just do not run.

Any suggestions?

I have already bought s new video card but this game will not run.

I've found a dtp forum where people are posting about the rhc.exe error with the German version.

Unfortunately it's in German so I have to put it through a translator. I'll let you know if I can find a solution.

Thank you so much. I'm afraid although I live in Greece I have purchased the German Version of the game, I have visited the sited that you have told me, but unfortunately everything is in German, so what I can do. Wait for a solution from English speaking people.

I'm working my way down the forum with a translator. So far people in the forum have tried updating video drivers, updating sound card drivers, updating motherboard drivers, installing a new video card (ATI Radeon 3650) and still no luck with the game. I'm on page 2 of 3 of the thread.

I finished the thread and they don't seem to have a solution. One person seems to believe the problem is with having an older Athlon processor because the game uses SSE3 instruction set. But according to someone else, the game does work with a Pentium IV 1.6GHz, which is also quite old.

That doesn't help solve the problem though. If it's true, the game would need a patch, and it doesn't look like a patch is forthcoming. I'll check some other Google results.

No luck. The only other results I can find are for Russian websites and German sites with no answers to the problem. Some people thought the problem might be related to the Russian name for the "My Documents" folder, where the game tries to put its saves, and that the problem was the game not recognizing the Russian equivalent of "My Documents." But renaming "My Documents" didn't help with their crashes.

If anyone has gotten this error message and found a solution, please let us know.

Thank you for your effort to help me. I wil keep this game to my computer and I will continue with the other games and I hope some day will find the solution.
