Are you using the serial number in the email they sent? They have another serial which may show up underneath where you're supposed to type the serial in, but that is just an example and won't work. Use the one in your email.

Also if you have a firewall blocking the game from accessing the Internet, you'll probably have to turn off the firewall while you activate the game.

Make sure the e-mail isn't getting hung up in a spam filter, if you have one.
