I am getting a freeze at startup. The screen is black although I do get sound. I am shutting off my anti virus before I load or play the game and, I went to Microsoft direct x and down loaded the the PGM that brings my Direct x 9 back to specification. I have to use my task manager to go back to windows and I get a z00001.exe is not responding. I sent too, a message to Tri Synergy support much like this one and am waiting for a reply.

If the game installed perfectly with no errors... Chances are... your "cinepack" video codec
driver is missing or not installed correctly - all windows machines have this codec already
installed... however... You may need to re-install "cinepack" codec on your system
- contact wrfstudios@aol.com if you need help.

NOTE: Some users have additional add-on codec paks installed on their system. These add-on paks
may cause the cinepak codec to become un-usable - and a re-install of cinepak may be necessary.

Thanks Inland AZ, I viewed the read me and have since had contact with wrfstudios. they sent me some instructions and web links. I am currently working on them.
