One thought - did Samantha told you about this bird?

Yes - that door should open when the bird is clicked.

I can't recall if she told me. Where so I go to be able to phone her as when I phone her when I am in room 33 all she says is hi and all I can say is bye.

------------

I went back to my room and changed the alarm to 7:00 pm, went to the culture room and tried to talk to Takae and she falls asleep & I go out and phone Savanah she says hi, I said I should let you go and Savanah says you all stay safe.

Check your tasklist and see if there is any mention of the bird picture. If there is, then you'll know you've had that conversation with Savannah.

If not -- see if there's anything else on your tasklist that still needs to be done besides entering the secret room. Try talking to everyone again, see if they have any new dialogue.

Please remember to use the Edit button rather than stack posts, thanks

Check your journal, there will be a notation about it if Savannah told you.

I got stuck here too, and then realized that I had not looked at both pages of the rooms records list on Miwako's computer.

I have been going into my posts. Where do I find the edit button?

If you look at the far right of the post you just made you'll see a line of gold text. The Edit function is there, along with useful Reply features and other stuff. smile

Help I have one thing to do on my check list-"Investigate the mechanical ghost that pushed Me into the pool". How do I do that?

Look around the secret room and you'll see the body of the ghost doll on the floor. Examine it closely, particularly its arm and head. Nancy will comment.

Did you pick up the door-o-matic device from Rentaro's workbench? After the dialogue, quick as you can use that on the door so that the baddie can't escape.

(I added a spoiler tag to your post just so anyone reading this who is currently playing the game won't know who the baddie is before they get there. wink )

N/D Shadow at the Eater's Edge-Thanks Rushes for all your help. I finally finished the game. I have all the N/D games, all 23 of them. I was very disappointed with this game. Way too many puzzles. I hope te next one - The Captive Curse#24 is more lik the earlier ones

Great that you finished the game. Yes, it'll be interesting to see what Her Interactive do with the next game.
