I can't find anything about "Compaq SQ3-220" with a Google search. Could you check the model number on that?

The model number is SG3-220UK. Please look on John Lewis Website or recommend another base unit.

The website I found is
http://www.johnlewis.com/231061694/Product.aspx

It only has 2 GB of system RAM, which is the minimum amount of RAM Microsoft lists to run Windows 7 64-bit, not including running games on top of it.
What it lists as a video card is ATI Radeon 3000, which would be the absolute bottom of the ATI Radeon 3000 series. Even a 3450 would be low end for gaming. In the Radeon 3000 series, 3650 or above would be recommendable for adventure games. Don't expect much from a 3000. The computer would be adequate for email and web browsing.

Maybe someone from the UK knows of a good UK shop that sells computers. You don't like your Dell, but Dell does allow you to configure a computer from their website. Don't expect to find a good game computer in a neighborhood store unless you have a computer shop that builds computers for you.

CLICK HERE to see a comprehensive list of UK companies that will custom build a computer.

But any UK custom built machine capable of playing modern games will cost a great deal more than the "off the shelf" model shown from John Lewis.

There's a huge number of video cards that run Black Mirror 2. But since you want to know if a particular laptop version of a video card has worked for someone, we have to wait for people who've played Black Mirror 2 with a laptop to answer.

Of the models I reviewed on their site - all appeared to use IGP's. So, essentially you're running the same hardware as a laptop.

I ran the game on my Sony Laptop without issue. It has Geforce Go 7600GT.

Edit -

The model below should run the game just fine -

HP Pavilion Elite HPE-575UK Desktop PC, Intel Core i7, 3.4GHz, 4GB RAM, 1TB HD
