I followed the directions for the download and when i went to use the exe. file it said it can't find bin 1 and it's right there in the same folder. I deleted it and am downloading it again so i hope it works this time. Any suggestions?

make sure the bin you download is close to the size it says it will be. If it's smaller than expected, you probably had a bad download.

The Adventure Shop came through with flying colors. He called me himself and sent me the correct email for the download. Up and running and loving the game. Thank you Adventure Shop.

actually, i ran into a glitch when i come out of the store room. everything is back but i can go back to the mansion but can't get back to the store room...

I'm not sure that's something you can fix other than by going back to a previous saved game.

Tried it and no go. I'm so disappointed about this. I just started and it's such a good game. I hope they get a patch out quickly. Thank you for the response.

Check with Hints and make sure this isn't a Hints problem. If it is a bug, it may be triggered by doing things in the "wrong" order, so you might want to go back and follow the walkthrough step-by-step.

I don't know what else to suggest except to see if anyone in Hints has a saved game from near where you are.

Uninstalled it from my xp and put it on my windows 7 and works much better..does freeze from time to time so i save alot. Thank you for your help..
