I am trying to update my video card driver which is an ATI Radeon Xpress 1100 and I keep getting web sites that want to run a check on the pc and advise a driver I can not get to a direct link of the driver... can anyone help here. thank you

Thanks Cathy1, one of them worked... looks like even though my driver is from 2006 it is later than the one I found it was version 8.25 and mine is 8.263... going to have to get a new computer one of these days... thanks for your help

ATI is now AMD. You can find the latest drivers on their web site.

According to the release notes they support your card -

Release Notes

However... It looks like Version 9.3 has been moved. Try the link below.

Catalyst Version 9.3 - Windows XP

They are for XP only, and all you need are the drivers. You don't need to install the Catalyst Control Center package.

If the driver you installed is working there's no need to upgrade.
