Hi all. I just got a Mac computer and was wondering how the games played, do they download the same etc.....
The Mac section at Big Fish is pretty big so I have a lot to choose from.
Thanks,
Susan

Pretty much.
Big Fish has a Game Manager for Mac now. It will download and install automatically when you try a Mac game demo.

A lot of Mac users were upset when Big Fish introduced the Game Manager for Mac.

Was there any particular reason people were upset?

Because the system they had before worked just fine for users. You'd download the game and type in the key. You didn't need any excess software "managing" your computer for you. It was cleaner and less prone to malfunction because only one thing had to work -- the game. You can read some peoples' dissatisfaction here and on other websites

You notice that Big Fish ended up locking that thread because it was getting too inflammatory.

Thanks Jenny. I think I'll look elsewhere for games.
