thank you jenny. i got a new laptop and for some reason trying to get my msn messenger back i got that. but its gone now and am still trying to get the messenger with out all the other hoopla

As Jenny says it is just a toolbar. I don't like those things. I have enough junk in the browser framing my view as it is. I don't need anything extra hanging around.

It is just a preference thing that's all.

Though if you play games at club bing site you get more choices of prizes if you have their tool bar.

I got a Garmin nuvi 255w for free just for playing their games. That is a toy costing more than a 100 bucks and my other half got a free xbox

Club bing is not a download site. You play games in your web browser. Mostly puzzle games like versions of scrabble. you get seven letters and see if you can find the word. Usually twenty words per puzzle. There are crossword puzzles you can play. Trivia type games and the like.

It is free to play and they give you points for finishing a game. Save up enough points and you can get free prizes from XBOX 360 to Cameras to gps all the way down to low cost stuff like books cds and tee shirts.

my10, did you get your Messenger working? You should be able to find it in All Programs if this is a new computer.
