I'm attempting to reload "The Lost Crown" and have gotten to the password portion of installation. Problem is, the game does not recognize the correct password. I've written it on the back of one of the envelopes (just in case), but I still have the booklet and neither one works. I've done it 5 times and have gotten frustrated, the code is long. Can someone help with this? Thank you.

From the tech support section for the game -

Q: Cannot get the 'Password to work'.

A: US versions of The Lost Crown require a Password to be entered during installation. The password can be found on the game manual. Enter the password sequence EXACTLY as shown, including any spaces, dashes or hyphens. The password is also 'case sensitive', so use capital letters.

Are you including the spaces, dashes & hyphens as well as using upper and lower case characters?

Be sure you use the shift key for each capital letter, too.

One more question since I thought I did these things, did I do it wrong if I just locked my shift key to type? (Which is what I did). Thank you!

Sorry, I guess I answered my own question. Locking the keyboard gives wrong responses to some of the password. Thank you!

Yes, using Caps Lock won't work. You need to just hold down your Shift key while you type in any capital letters.
