Thanks, Jenny. Decided to go ahead and send an e-mail to Customer Support. If I have to uninstall/reinstall and start from scratch, I'd prefer a refund/credit.
ETA: Suggestion from BFG didn't solve the problem. I got fed up and deleted the game. Then had a problem with "Adventure Chronicles: Search for Lost Treasure". As with the Rhianna Ford game, I was almost done with the game when the glitch occurred. This time it was an inventory item that disappeared before I could use it. As a result, I can't finish the game. Don't understand why the games ran fine until almost the end. I'll likely check back with BFG Customer Support. Just wondered if anyone here has any further insight.
