I'm currently in Dionysus Park and just recently beaten the Big Sister I'm about to head back to the train, but should I let Stanley live or die? What would the best option be?

This game is really hard the longer you get into it

It's all up to you to decide what to do about Stanley! There is no "best" option; it will just affect gameplay a little differently. That's one of the reasons this game is so much fun - your decisions make a difference. Hey, the next time you play it, just make the opposite decision and see what happens!

I agree that this one is harder the more you get into it. And I thought the Big Sisters were - hands down - the scariest things I've ever encountered in a game.

I've just finished the game. But I thought that the ending was a bit disappointing
