can someone possibly list solutions to getting this game (amarhys demo) to run. It installed fine (disabling norton). but it will not play.

You need to contact the developer. They have a forum at

The developer will try to help you. No one here knows anything about how the game was made or how to debug it. But the developer may be able to make you a patch.
