Sharp things. Knives, pins, needles. Anything that can poke or cut me. Sister put a very sharp knife in the dishwater when I was a kid (I think she did it on purpose) and I grabbed it hard and cut the insides of all 4 fingers, badly. Hurt like heck. Now I am sooooo careful of knives.

Lightning ever since we got hit by a biiig bolt. It ruined a 2 week old TV, the telephone, it pushed me back into the back door and toppeled my son from a chair. The funny thing is son and I were outdoors in the storm and admiring the display. The noise was so loud.

I'm afraid of nothingness or void. A snake would certainly unnerve me if I saw one, though I haven't in years. Fiance is afraid of clowns.

I can't think of anything I am afraid of but there are a lot of things I don't like. Spiders, June bugs. When we lived in Alabama we had huge flying beetles. If we were in the garage and one came flying in, it would be a tossup as to who made it into the house first, our dog Sable, Bill or me.
